The Pleasant View Cemetery Rules and Regulations

All alleys between the lots will not be sold nor allowed to be occupied by parties owning two or more adjoining lots and shall be kept open and free from all obstructions. 

No digging or excavations will be permitted in the alleys for earth to grade up the lots, all materials for grading lots must be obtained outside the cemetery.

No ornamental trees or shrubs will be allowed to be planted.  No lots will be allowed to be graded above the ground level.

All parties are forbidden to disturb or pick any flowers, plants, shrubs or anything else from the part in the cemetery, except in their own lots. 

No flowers or grass seed shall be planted or sown in the cemetery, or grading of any lots shall be done by any person except under the supervision of approval of the sexton, or by written permission of the Township Board.   

It shall be the duty of the sexton to see that the above rules are strictly enforced or complied with,  and any violations of said rules shall be reported to the Township Board.  

The Township Board will have the sexton remove items not allowed. The items removed by the sexton will be marked and held for 30 days.
